A few highlights from Week 4:

  • hb102 - Contraception for Inmates: Passed Senate HHS and Senate 2nd reading, waiting for final vote

  • hb206 - Epinephrine Auto-Injector Access Amendments: Passed Senate 2nd reading, waiting for final vote

  • hb262- Children's Health Insurance Amendments: Heard in House HHS today - passed unanimously! Headed to House floor 

  • hb344 - Program Eligibility Amendments: Introduced. This is a very concerning bill. Stand by for action alerts.

  • hb365 - State Agency Realignment: The long-awaited DOH DHS merger bill was finally released

  • HJR 13 - Joint Resolution Declaring Racism a Moral and Public Health Crisis: Introduced!

  • sb63 - Caregiver Compensation Amendments: Heard in House HHS today - passed and headed to House floor

  • sb103 - Dental Hygienist Amendments: still waiting for House committee assignment. In the meantime, check out this video about the bill with UHPP's Jade Hill and Danyelle Evans, registered dental hygienist. 

  • sb158 - Children's Health Coverage Amendments: Introduced- will be heard in committee tomorrow at 8am!
