As the Supreme Court hears oral arguments in health care repeal lawsuit, Utahns share their stories, illustrate what's at stake

Salt Lake City, UT –  Despite the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting recession, the Trump Administration and 18 state attorneys general, including Utah’s Sean Reyes are asking the Supreme Court to strike down the entire ACA. As oral arguments before the Supreme Court are heard on November 10th, Utahns will share their health care stories during a virtual event.

Note: The healthcare.gov Marketplace is open for enrollment from November 1st through December 15th.

Despite the pending legal challenge, Utahns should seek this opportunity to get covered. A decision will not happen until late spring at the earliest, and there are congressional options to protect ACA coverage in the meantime.
